Biden endorses tax increases on Wisconsin residents
Democrat frontrunner Joe Biden has endorsed two voter referendums in Wisconsin that will cost taxpayers over a billion dollars combined at the same time the economy has taken a hit from the coronavirus crisis. Biden has taken the unusual step of expressing support for local issues in Milwaukee ($87 million) and Racine ($1 billion) as a candidate for president.
