NAI Summit’s Sarah Finney-Miller Leases over 10,000 SF

Sarah Finney-Miller of NAI Summit recently represented the tenant, Mission Autism Clinics, in the long term lease transaction for office space located at 200 Bent Creek in Mechanisburg, PA. The 7,252 SF space will serve as a new location for Mission Autism to provide inviting, state-of-the-art facilities to give kids with autism everything they need to learn and have fun. With additional locations in Pennsylvania and Maryland, Mission Autism Clinics provide day and after school programs that offer professional development opportunities that challenge their students to continually strive to improve their knowledge, skills, and character.
 
Sarah Finney-Miller recently represented the Landlord of 1003 Chestnut Street in Emmaus, PA in a long term lease transaction for 2,800 SF retail space. The future tenant, NYLA Salon Suites LLC, was represented by Jay Haines of NAI Summit. The Chestnut Street location offers high visibility and road frontage on busy road with ample parking. The freestanding 9,000 SF single-story building includes easy ingress and egress, flexible zoning, and direct access to Route 29. This will serve as the second location for NYLA Salon in the Lehigh Valley.
