Luetkemeyer leads resolution recognizing National Small Business Week
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, House Committee on Small Business Ranking Member Blaine Luetkemeyer led a resolution recognizing September 13, 2021 to September 17, 2021 as "National Small Business Week." This resolution was signed by all Committee Republicans.
Small, local, and independently-owned businesses are the backbone of our nation's economy. "National Small Business Week" has been celebrated for over 50 years, and this week, the Small Business Committee continues to recognize the resiliency and dedication of our hardworking small business owners from coast to coast.
"This week and every week, we celebrate the resiliency and determination of our nation's small businesses as they continue to face immense, unforeseen challenges," said Luetkemeyer. "Small businesses are the engine that drive our nation's economy forward and the lifeblood for communities across the country. We remain dedicated to providing Main Street U.S.A. with the tools they need to get back on their feet and reopen for business once again."
