NAI SUMMIT ASSISTS LARGE MANUFACTURER FROM NEW JERSEY FIND NEW HEADQUARTERS LOCATION DUE TO GROWTH

Picture
Mike Adams of NAI Summit recently represented the buyer, A.P. Deauville LLC, in the sale of 3700 Glover Road in Easton, PA. Due to their expansion needs, A.P. Deauville moved from their manufacturing facility in New Jersey and almost doubled their space, now occupying 180,000 SF in Northampton County, PA. A.P. Deauville plans to invest approximately $16.7 million to move its headquarters and create approximately 105 new jobs to the region over the next three years.

A.P. Deauville is a leading marketer and manufacturer of personal care products. With the help of various government and economic development organizations, they were offered significant statewide tax incentives and grants which made their decision on where to relocate much easier, according to Frederick Horowitz, CEO of A.P. Deauville. Frederick Horowitz added, “We were delighted with Mike’s assistance on locating the property and his continued involvement during the acquisition process. What was even more impressive was Mike’s network of service providers that he introduced us to for post-closing work on the facility.”
