3 days after my first visit, reservation for my next trip: June 20. Discovered Liberty Point in Visit Philly newsletter. Initially, could not wait to experience the restaurant, a first. Noticing the headlines, checking website: somewhat skeptical. A lot of hype / press about a grand opening. Especially for restaurants in cities. Reservation for day trip May 22 to cover another event. FYI: Burger / fries are always a major plus on the menu!
Checked the menu: Burger / Fries definite. Beverages: Summer Sangria, STOP!!!! Dinner planned. 4 p.m. reservation / top level. Arrived around 3:50 / immediately seated. Great view (check video / photos). Withing 3 minutes, waitress arrived: very friendly / professional. Explained kitchen very busy, food may take a little longer. No big deal, expected shortly after grand opening. Liberty point was starting to get packed. Summer Sangria (Excellent!) / Food arrived in under 20 minutes. Again, wait time faster than expected. 3 days later, remember 1st bite of the burger (Fuck this good!!!!!).
Variety on the menu even selections for kids, (Burger / Fries always my go to / comfort food). Excellent / fast / professional service from arrival to leaving. Live music / DJs on the calendar.
