Governor Sisolak issues revision to Directive 009
Carson City, NV – Today, Nevada Governor Steve Sisolak amended Directive 009 to clarify that the tolling of the statutes of limitations applies only to actions initiated in state courts and was not applicable to federal cases.
This Directive will ease the burden on our judicial system and preserve the legal rights of Nevadans during this time of crisis when the courts have to operate with limited interaction with the public.
