and Nathan Stonechipher to the St. Petersburg
College District Board of Trustees
Tallahassee, Fla. — Today, Governor Ron DeSantis announced the appointment of Jason Butts and Nathan Stonecipher to the St. Petersburg College District Board of Trustees.
Jason Butts
Butts, of Palm Harbor, is the Vice President of Partnerships and Business Development for SimplyIOA and Insurance Office of America. Previously, he was the Founder and Owner of Commonwealth Insurance of the Bay Area. Butts is a member of the Florida Association of Insurance Agents and serves on the board of the YMCA of North Pinellas and Greater Palm Harbor. He earned his bachelor’s degree in telecommunications from the University of Florida.
Nathan Stonecipher
Stonecipher, of St. Petersburg, is the owner of Green Bench Brewing Company. He has volunteered his time with the Florida Brewers Guild, Leadership St. Petersburg and the St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce. Stonecipher earned his associate’s degree from St. Petersburg College and his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Florida.
These appointments are subject to confirmation by the Florida Senate.
