Governor Ron DeSantis Appoints Three to the Florida Keys Aqueduct Authority Board of Directors
Tallahassee, Fla. -- Today, Governor Ron DeSantis announced the appointment of Antoinette Appell, Robert Dean and Nicholas Mulick to the Florida Keys Aqueduct Authority Board of Directors.
Antoinette Appell
Appell, of Key Colony Beach, is a former Monroe County School District Paraprofessional who has served on the Florid Keys Aqueduct Authority Board of Directors since 2009. She has been involved with the Marathon Garden Club and San Pablo Catholic Women’s Club. Appell earned her diploma as a licensed practical nurse from the Sandusky School of Practical Nursing.
Robert Dean
Dean, of Key West, is the Owner and Director of Dean Lopez Funeral Home. He served in and received an honorable discharge from the United States Army. Dean has also served on the Florida Keys Aqueduct Authority Board of Directors, Key West Housing Authority and as a Key West City Commissioner. He earned his degree in mortuary science from Worsham College.
Nicholas Mulick
Mulick, of Tavernier, is an attorney in private practice since 2003. He has volunteered his time with the Florida Keys Community College District Board of Trustees, Rotary Club of the Upper Keys and the Upper Keys Little League Board of Directors. Mulick earned his bachelor’s degree from William Patterson University and his juris doctor from Rutgers Law School.
