Security / Front Desk / Room: Main Points earned Top Level Review!

Main Points:
In case you don't have 13 minutes for video review....
1) Security: Entry: Either buzzed in front desk or room key.
2) Front Desk: Professional / Friendly / Excellent service. This point I can not say enough about. 1st check-in: slight glitch, front desk extremely courteous / professional. 10 minutes later, checking in. Asked about a good cheese steak: great suggestion!!!! 2nd check-in: under 2 minutes on elevator to room. Always someone at desk day / night. Observations of other guests: same level of service.
3) Room: 2 different rooms, same reaction: THIS IS NICE! Both nights, hit the bed and crashed almost immediately.
4) Pool: Did not use / checked out. Water clear, no garbage, pool area very clean.
5) Wifi: 1sr visit: A few problems connecting. 2nd visit: not there long enough (physically) to use it.
Hotel has several other amenities. Not there (physically) enough to check everything out.
Reference: (physically): Stayed one night. Did not spend a lot of time at hotel.
