We are very pleased to announce the award winners from The Print Center's 93rd ANNUAL including $8,200 in purchase, cash, material and exhibition awards. Thank you to everyone who applied and to our generous award donors.
Our esteemed jurors José Diaz, Chief Curator at The Andy Warhol Museum, Pittsburgh and Lisa Sutcliffe, Herzfeld Curator of Photography and Media Arts at the Milwaukee Art Museum, selected 10 Finalists and 25 Semifinalists from the 456 international artists who applied from 44 states and 32 countries. Congratulations to all of the artists selected - the creators of outstanding works which use Photography and Printmaking as critical components. Portfolios of work by the Finalists and Semifinalists are presented here.
The Print Center ANNUAL is one of the oldest and most prestigious competitions in the United States. It focuses on highlighting local, national and international artists who utilize photography and printmaking in intriguing ways that push the boundaries of form, process and content.
