Best or Worst thing that happened...
I have yet to get delivery from a fast food restaurant (McDonalds / Burger King / Taco Bell / etc.). Thankfully I live within a short walk of all. Going to these places and waiting in line, I have started wondering if it is the best or worst thing for the industry.
Between the driver more than likely having to wait. Some places make delivery (Uber Eats / Grubhub and more) a top priority over other customers. The possibility of having your food arrive cold. There is always a small chance your order could be wrong. Any delivery charges. On the restaurant side: increase in orders with often the same staff size. Walk-in / drive-thru customers having to wait longer and becoming impatient or walking out. All these are just what I can think of in a few minutes.
I know this may not be an important topic, hopefully, an interesting one at best.
