NAI Summit’s Mike Adams and Mark Magasich represented the seller, Heather-Jo, Inc., in the sale of two parcels totaling over 16 acres at 1535 & 1541 N West End Boulevard in Quakertown, PA. The two parcels included a 7,945 SF single or multi-tenant commercial building and a 1,655 SF residential building. The property has excellent visibility with frontage on busy Route 309 and flexible Highway Commercial zoning. Being well-positioned in between the growing Lehigh Valley and Quakertown areas with easy access to highways was strategic in the sale of this property. The buyers, JLKM Property Management, plan to keep current tenants while working to develop the site for a training school. Jim Dietrick from ReMax represented the buyer.

Mike Adams represented the seller, Christopher Boyko, in the sale of almost an acre of land located at 5811 Chestnut Street in Zionsville, PA. The lot offers level topography and multiple approvals in place for a 3,400 SF industrial building. The buyers, G&A Enterprise LLC, plan to develop this site with a 3,600 SF building to house their oil business.
