Mike Adams of NAI Summit recently represented the tenant, WEL Companies, in the lease renewal for 66,928 SF industrial space at 200 Cascade Drive in Allentown, PA. WEL is a family-owned business and leader in the trucking industry specializing in food distribution providing services to some of the largest companies in the food, beverage, and dairy industries. Headquartered in Wisconsin, WEL has multiple locations throughout the United States.
Mike Adams and Mark Magasich represented 160 Driving Academy dba Rock Gate Capital in the multi-year land lease transaction for their first truck driving school location in the Lehigh Valley and first in Pennsylvania. Headquartered in Illinois, 160 Driving academy has an abundant number of schools through the United States. They offer multiple courses and job placement assistance when graduated from the program.
