NAI SUMMIT WELCOMES JOSHUA LUTTERSCHMIDT TO THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TEAM
For over 35 years, NAI Summit offers premier full service commercial and industrial real estate services to the Northeast region of Pennsylvania, including a large management portfolio of diverse building types. Our seasoned Property Management team has recently expanded and we are excited to announce the hire of Joshua Lutterschmidt.
Joshua brings over 15 years of experience in property management, project management, real estate and program development to NAI Summit. He has experience with both residential and commercial properties throughout several counties in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey after spending many years working in the New York City Metro area, coastal New Jersey and Philadelphia markets.
Joshua’s commercial property portfolio with NAI Summit will consist of office, medical office and flex buildings. He will act as liaison between building owners and tenants, contract vendor services and oversee building operations. Joshua is proactive and has strong analytical planning skills with an extensive background in customer service, vendor relations and building systems.
In his free time Joshua enjoys being active and engaged in the community, traveling, cooking, and going to the beach.
