NAI Summit’s Mike Adams and Sarah Finney-Miller recently represented the tenant in the multi-year lease transaction for 80,000 SF at 600 Brighton Street in Fountain Hill, PA. The tenant, Yellow Supply, founded in 2009, distributes and sells HVACR, plumbing, electrical equipment and supplies to dealers and commercial accounts. This location will serve as their third operation in the US and will serve their customer base throughout the entire east coast.
