The medical profession, more than others, is completely overwhelmed right now. Honestly, Not expecting a response due to being completely overwhelmed.
Questions
- How can we maintain / boost our immune systems during this crisis? Any changes in what we eat / vitamins / etc?
- Over the past 20 years (example) and especially now (the virus), have we lowered our natural immune systems / ability to produce new immunities by focusing too much on cleanliness? Example: Using bleach / wipes / anti-bacterial to an excess (wiping everything down on a constant basis, etc.)
- How can the average person / media help those in the medical profession, especially right now?
