This time, I figured start with Indiegogo and see if any projects really catch my attention. I went into the "Small Businesses" section and right on top was this one. Self-publishing my first book over 5 years ago, clicked and read the entire page. Also viewed the video slideshow (advance: it goes a little fast / click on images at bottom). Between my 2 books, blog, 2 magazines; I know what it feels like to build something from ground zero. The pride of knowing the accomplishments.

While reading this project, I really took notice to the amount of events and everything they do for the local community. Something this magazine really tries to highlight.

Maybe I have a soft spot for not wanting people to lose everything they built up. Maybe it is being an author and for bookstores. This project is rare. For some, unknown, reason it hit me in the heart. I would really love to visit this bookstore in person.

Please do what you can to help them. Remember, even a simple "share" could be the difference and lead to donations.
