Governor Ron DeSantis Appoints Six to the Northwest Florida State College District Board of Trustees
Tallahassee, Fla. -- Today, Governor Ron DeSantis announced the appointment of Graham Fountain, Lori Kelley, Donald Litke, Thomas Wright, Fox “Reynolds” Henderson and Charlotte Ann Flynt to the Northwest Florida State College District Board of Trustees.
Graham Fountain
Fountain, of Crestview, is a career public servant having served in a number of positions including Okaloosa County Commissioner and Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners, Chief of Staff and Director of Law Enforcement Operations at the Walton County Sheriff’s Office and Director of Law Enforcement and Commercial Motor Vehicle Compliance at the Florida Department of Transportation. He has served on the Board of Directors of Toys for Tots and the Florida Historical Commission and Florida Ports Security Council. Fountain earned his bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and political science from Troy University and his master’s degree in management and leadership from Liberty University.
Lori Kelley
Kelley, of Fort Walton Beach, is a Certified Public Accountant and Partner with Warren Averett. She has been involved with the Accounting & Financial Women’s Alliance, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Florida Institute of Public Accountants, Niceville-Valparaiso Chamber of Commerce and the Walton County Chamber of Commerce. Kelley earned an associates degree from Northwest Florida State College and her bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of West Florida.
Donald Litke
Litke, of Niceville, retired as a Major General from the United States Air Force after 30 years of service. He has served on the Northwest Florida State College District Board of Trustees since 2018 and has been involved with the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity, Air Force Association, Military Officers Association, Children in Crisis and the Shalimar United Methodist Church. Litke earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from Colorado State University and his master’s degree in international affairs from George Washington University.
Thomas Wright
Wright, of Niceville, retired as a Major General from the United States Air Force after 33 years of service. He has served on the Northwest Florida State College District Board of Trustees since 2018 and has been involved with the Institute for Senior Professionals, Association of Florida College Trustees, City of Niceville Library Foundation and the School Advisory Council for Collegiate High School at Northwest Florida State College. Wright earned his bachelor’s degree in biology and his master’s degree in education and biology from Florida State University.
Fox “Reynolds” Henderson
Henderson, of Watersound, is the owner of Continental Pacific, a real estate investment firm. He has volunteered his time with the American Enterprise Institute, Seaside Neighborhood Charter School, Children’s Volunteer Health Network, University of Alabama Arts & Sciences Leadership Board and the Rosemary Beach Foundation. Henderson earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama.
Charlotte Ann Flynt
Flynt, of Miramar Beach, is the owner of Two Oaks Construction. She is a licensed general contractor and has been involved with Daughter’s of the American Revolution, the Choctawhatchee Basin Alliance, Northwest Florida State College Symphony Guild and the Emerald Coast Children Advocacy Center. Flynt studied at Santa Fe Community College and the University of Florida.
These appointments are subject to confirmation by the Florida Senate.
