Ok, where do I start with this one???? Received in a Twitter message. Per the magazine's policy, had to at least check it out.
Living in Northeast U.S. and the winter we had, I could have used a winter jacket like this one!!!! Combine that with an on-the-go lifestyle, this is definitely an all purpose jacket. I love the tech pockets built in. Between my phone / headphones / tablet / etc., definitely have the mobile office on you (except laptop). Even though some pockets are designed for specific uses (IPad / phone / passport), from looking at the video and photos, they are flexible.
Another thing I am impressed with is built-in scarf and facemask. Again, great for the winter wind chills (Below zero during the opening of January). When not wearing the jacket, it converts to a bag / pillow.
It is very easy to tell Richard Li (designer) has done travelling in a variety of climates and weather conditions. Quick note about project layout / design: excellent! Video short and to the point. Scrolling was not too long. Great use of information and colors.
I highly recommend backing this project. As a backer, you can even purchase a jacket for a great price. Seriously fantastic job on jacket and project.
