Pandemic Response:
Feed Northampton County Food Distribution
St. John’s United Church of Christ, Bethlehem Township was so proud to partner with the amazing people at Aspire to Autonomy!!!
On Saturday March 20th, over 600 meals went out to individuals and families in our local community and we got to work along side these amazing people from Aspire. They had a rockstar team of interns, who planned and implemented this day of giving. We are so proud of their hard work and dedication!
Food insecurity continues to be an ongoing issue as we continue to battle the effects of COVID here in Northampton County. We at St John's feel called to respond to our neighbors who are struggling. As part of this response we partnered with Aspire to Autonomy in hosting this food distribution event for the underserved and unsheltered members of our community.
St John"s has a long history of serving our local community through food and hospitality.
We were grateful to join Aspire to Autonomy and the other partnering organizations in this service to our neighbors and friends in the local community.
A huge thank you to Aman’s Artisan Indian Cuisine, More Than Q BBQ, and all the other people who are generously donating food for this event.
