Democrats Aim To Destroy America’s Economy
2020 Democrats promise to eliminate the use of all oil, coal, and natural gas that would destroy a sector that contributes over $1.37 trillion to the U.S. economy and supports more than 10.7 million American jobs in the fossil fuel industry, related jobs, and the investments it creates in our economy. Trump Campaign National Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany released the following statement in response:
“2020 Democrats are running on the socialist Green New Deal and ending the use of fossil fuels, which would wreck state economies from coast to coast. If implemented, Democrats’ radical climate agenda would not only cause electric bills to skyrocket but kill the more than 10 million American jobs supported by the fossil fuel industry. While President Trump is unleashing America’s energy potential and creating new jobs, Democrats want to end them.”
