What:
United States Secretary of the Interior, David Bernhardt, will sign an agreement transferring two water projects in Utah from federal to local ownership. Under this agreement, the Emery County Project will become property of the Emery County Water Conservancy District, and the Uinta Basin Replacement Project will be transferred to the Moon Lake Water Users Association.
