COVID-19 Vaccine Dashboard Updates Announced
Carson City, NV -- Today, Nevada’s Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Analytics announced additional metrics to be included on the COVID-19 vaccine dashboard.
The enhancements published today, to provide data on trends and demographics, will mirror other categories of data included on the Dashboard.
The vaccination tab of the COVID-19 data dashboard was added Feb. 3 with weekly updates of total doses reported as administered, initiated and completed to Nevada WebIZ.
“The data is so important as we strive to ensure an equitable distribution of COVID-19 vaccine across the state and having this data available at a glance will benefit all Nevadans,” said Kyra Morgan, Department of Health and Human Services Chief Biostatistician. “The COVID-19 Dashboard has been a tool throughout the pandemic and as more people are vaccinated, we will continue to be transparent about the progress we are making.”
In addition to statewide vaccination trends and data on age, gender and race/ethnicity, the vaccination tab will now also be updated Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
The dashboard can be found on the NVHealthResponse.nv.gov home page as a new tab on the existing COVID-19 dashboard.
