BETHLEHEM, Pennsylvania, January 11, 2021: Celtic Cultural Alliance has announced a new Board president and other officers.
Meghan Burke was recently elected the new President for the Board of Directors at Celtic Cultural Alliance. Burke is the marketing and events coordinator for RCN.
“Having been involved with Celtic Classic Highland Games and Festival with my employment at RCN, I was thrilled to be asked to join the Board of Directors in 2019, and now to be elected President,” said Burke, “Knowing the huge economic impact that Celtic Classic has on the local community every September and the Celtic educational and artistic programming that CCA does throughout the year, I am glad that I can be part of ensuring its success in 2021.”
CCA also announced its other Board officers: new vice-president of development, Therese Kelley; vice-president of administration, Karen Housel; and former President Sarah Hesener as Secretary.
CCA welcomed the addition of two new directors, Robin Anthony and Nikki Tran. Anthony is the Administrator, Joint Commission and Regulatory Excellence at Lehigh Valley Hospital. Nikki Tran is in field sales support for Tactile Medical.
In its 34th year, Celtic Cultural Alliance hosts the Celtic Classic Highland Games and Festival in Bethlehem, which is the largest free Celtic festival in North America, in addition to educational programming and outreach events throughout the year.
